CISSP Study Plan with ChatGPT
Adapting to use AI, I used ChatGPT to create a study plan for me as I prepare to take the CISSP Certification Exam. I fed GPT with resources that I want to use to study, a time frame of when I want to start/stop, and the tentative exam date. If you want to see the prompts I used, I will post them in the next post.
Week 1-2: October 1 - October 14 (D1 - Security and Risk Management)
- [ ] Days 1-5: Watch Mike Chapple's CISSP Cert Prep (2021): 1 - Security and Risk Management video.
- [ ] Days 6-10: Review the corresponding chapters in the Official Study Guide. Use the Feynman Technique to simplify complex topics.
- [ ] Days 11-12: Watch Pete Zerger's Domain 1 Security and Risk Management videos.
- [ ] Days 13-14: Revise and reinforce weak areas. Use ChatGPT for knowledge gaps analysis.
Week 3-4: October 15 - October 28 (D2 - Asset Security)

- [ ] Days 6-10: Study related chapters in the Official Study Guide. Utilize the Feynman Technique.
